Enquiries and job enquiries
When you use our enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, message, selected salon and enquiry type, and your phone number if you provide one. We use this information to respond and, where relevant, to take steps you request before providing a service. We do not add you to a marketing list through this form. Please do not include medical information or payment card details.
For general enquiries, our basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. Where you ask about booking a service, processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract. If you email a CV, it is used to consider your job enquiry, not for marketing.

Online booking links take you to Phorest. Information entered there is handled through the booking service, rather than this website’s enquiry form. Please read the privacy information and booking terms shown there. Contact your salon about appointment records, payments or treatment information.

Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile spam protection. Enquiries are sent using Mailjet and received through the salon’s email service. Engage Media Solutions supports the website and may access enquiries when providing that support. These providers process information needed to deliver, protect and maintain the service. Hosting, spam checks and email delivery can involve processing outside the European Economic Area; the providers’ applicable data-protection terms and transfer safeguards must be reviewed as part of the salon’s supplier arrangements.

How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting service or recruitment process, and meet applicable legal requirements.
